applications from students resident in any country. Applications can be
made in one of two ways:

Obtaining the Application Form
Obtain the Application Form from the College:

The college will send you the application form along with the
information pack within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Completing the Application form
Read the prospectus carefully before filling in the Application Form
to understand the entry requirements for the selected course and to
make sure you are eligible. Assess your future plans for further
training or paid employment. Write/Type clearly and legibly using
capital letters and in BLACK ink. Please contact the College for any
help, advice or guidance that you may need to complete the
application form.
Candidates must complete an Application Form provided by the
College/ Overseas Representative (or downloaded and printed from our
website) after reading the rules and regulations of the College. All
the necessary documents must be submitted along with the application
form. The documents must include the following and any other
documents required by the college: |

- Copies of your relevant qualifications /certificates
- Copy of your passport

Please also obtain other important documents to support your application
e.g. reference letter, details of your work experience, financial
statements, and English Language Testing Score or certificates.
An incomplete/illegible application form or unclear photocopies of
documents etc may delay the processing of the application.
Posting/Sending the Application form
Send your completed application form with attachments to West End
College London, 140-148 Borough High Street, London SE1 1LB UK (If
sending from overseas please write ‘By Air Mail' on the top of the
envelope). The College will inform you of the outcome of your
application within 10 days.
After applying…
Provisional Offer Letter (Conditional Letter)
Once your application form has been processed, you will be sent an email
to confirm that the College is willing to offer you a place on the
course subject to the payment of the registration fee and the tuition
fee in full or by two installments, the conditions of which will be
stated in the Letter. For the convenience of overseas students, the
letter will give an estimate of the cost of maintenance per year so that
foreign exchange may be obtained.
Enrolment Letter (Visa Letter)
Upon receipt of the full tuition fee or the first installment of the fee,
the college issues three letters:
- Enrolment letter (Visa Letter)
- A copy of the provisional offer letter
- Accommodation letter
You will also receive our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘Registration
forms’ (where applicable). The Letter of Enrolment may be used by
overseas students to obtain a student visa.
Please note that mandatory or discretionary awards are not normally
available from your Local Educational Authority (LEA) for West End
College London. If you expect your LEA to pay your fees, please ensure
that you obtain their confirmation in writing before you formally apply
for admission. Subject to meeting the entry criteria, the College will
provide you with a certificate of eligibility, if required.
Summary of the application process
Your admission at West End College London will follow these simple steps:
- Submit your application (either online, by post or by fax)
- A Student Enrolment Adviser will contact you if there are any queries about your application
- We will carefully review your application to ensure that you have the suitable academic qualifications and level of English language (you will be asked to complete our English Test on arrival if you do not have an IELTS or TOEFL grade)
- If your application is successful we will send you a formal offer of a place
- To accept your place you need to send us a confirmation payment
- Upon receipt of your payment we will reserve a place for you on your chosen course
- We will send you a Certificate of Enrolment, confirming that you have a reserved place at WECL, and visa support documents
- You then need to apply for a visa if necessary
- One month before the start of term you need to pay your remaining fees (either in full or your first instalment)
- Before the start of your course we will ask you for details of your flight to the UK, and will send you confirmation of your accommodation if you require any.
