The Institute of Administrative Management is the leading professional
body and UK government recognized awarding body for those involved in
the administration and management of business. The organization is over
90 years old and has developed tailor-made qualifications in
administrative management which reflect the skills and knowledge
required by professional business leaders throughout their career.
The BA (Honors) Business Management (BABM) has been designed to help you
develop your career as a business manager and to prepare you for
increased responsibility in your workplace. The overall programme aim is
to develop knowledge and understanding to analyze, evaluate and take
responsibility for administration systems and processes that make an
effective contribution to business performance. On successful completion
of the programme a BA (Hons) degree will be awarded.

Entry Requirements:
- Introductory award - no previous qualification required

Certificate level - no previous qualification required although
experience in business administration is helpful

Diploma and further levels - relevant experience or the successful
completion of the previous levels from IAM or other equivalent bodies
English Requirement: If a Tier 4 (General) student will be studying a course that is below NQF Level 6 (except a Foundation Degree or an English language course), using a CAS issued on or after 12 August 2010, he/she must be competent in English language at a minimum of level B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR):
The student must have passed an English language test with an approved test provider for Tier 4, and has achieved at least CEFR level B1 in all four components (reading, writing, speaking and listening). Click here for a list of approved test providers.
The course is of three years duration and commences every January & June .
